If you plan to manipulate your mail in more than one location (at home as well as in the office), you will want to select Leave messages on server at the delivery location. If Leave a copy of messages on server is not checked, all mail messages will be downloaded to your computer (normal for Your Main " Office " computer) and will not be left on the host (Server) account. Therefore your e-mail account will not become full. However, if you are checking your mail at home, the messages will not be available to you at your office (and vice versa). If this is checked, on home computer the messages will still be available or Your Main " Office " computer. Consequently, you will have to use Your Main " Office " computer to remove the messages so your e-mail account will not become full. Click Apply and then click OK.
